Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Vivian Judith Fatupaito and Elizabeth Helen Keene, both of KPMG, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the company by the High Court of New Zealand at Auckland on 14 May 2021 at 11.14am. The appointment was made on the application of Inland Revenue.

The liquidators fix 14 July 2021 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
