Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and

Craig Sanson and Malcolm Hollis, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies by the High Court at Auckland, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 14 May 2021 on the application of Inland Revenue at the times listed below:

• FUTURIS NZ LIMITED (in liquidation) at 10.10am
• SHED BUILD LIMITED (in liquidation) at 11.07am

We fix 21 June 2021 as the day by which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
