Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Christopher Carey McCullagh and Stephen Mark Lawrence, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of GEM PACIFIC HOLDINGS LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholders of the company on 11 May 2021 at 6.00pm, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Claims by creditors in the liquidation should be sent to the liquidators by 11 July 2021.
