Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

On 11 May 2021, the directors resolved: “That the company would, on the appointment of a liquidator under section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, be able to pay its debts in full within 12 months”.

Notice is hereby given that on 12 May 2021 at 10.00am it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that the company be liquidated and that Digby John Noyce, chartered accountant and Licensed Insolvency Practitioner (IP43), be appointed liquidator.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is given that the liquidator has fixed 11 June 2021 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
