Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

On 10 May 2021 at 4.23pm, Christopher Carey McCullagh (IP39) and Stephen Mark Lawrence (IP67), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of AHS 2021 LIMITED and AHH 2021 LIMITED (both in liquidation) by a special resolution of its shareholders pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”).

These are solvent liquidations. Prior to liquidation, on 10 May 2021, the company’s directors signed a declaration that debts will be paid within 12 months pursuant to section 243A of the Act. A copy of that declaration was delivered to Registrar.

Claims by creditors in the liquidation should be sent to the liquidators by 10 July 2021.
