Peri Micaela Finnigan and Iain McLennan, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of TCIFSCFO LIMITED* by a special resolution of the shareholders on 4 May 2021 at 2.30pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Iain McLennan and Keaton Pronk, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of TECH STOP LIMITED by a special resolution of the shareholders on 7 May 2021 at 12.15pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Claims by creditors in the liquidations should be sent to insol@mvp.co.nz by 11 June 2021.
