Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

John Fisk and Marcus McMillan, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of NF GLOBAL LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Auckland pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) on 23 April 2021 at 12.31pm on the application of Michael Moshe Arjang.

We fix 31 May 2021 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
