Keaton Pronk and Iain McLennan, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of THE LAMB BOUTIQUE LIMITED (trading as Madriz) by a special resolution of the shareholder on 22 April 2021 at 9.00am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
