Appointment of Liquidator and

Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the above-named companies appointed Pritesh Patel, Licenced Insolvency Practitioner of Auckland, as liquidator on 14 April 2021 at 10.00am and 19 April 2021 at 8.30am respectively.

Notice is given that the liquidator fixes 26 May 2021 as the day on or before which the creditors are to make claims and establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
