Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Wendy Somerville and Malcolm Hollis, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies by the High Court at Hamilton pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) on 12 April 2021 at the times listed below:

• WOODMETRICS LIMITED (in liquidation) at 10.50am on the application of Waihue Farms Limited.
• WAIKATO HEATPUMPS LIMITED (in liquidation) at 10.57am on the application of Inland Revenue.

We fix 24 May 2021 as the day by which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
