Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
and Notice to Creditors to Claim

Marcus J. McMillan and Richard J. Nacey, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of BENSON HOMES LIMITED (in liquidation) by special resolution of the shareholder, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”), on 7 April 2021 at 11.45am.

We fix 19 May 2021 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
