Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Pursuant to the Companies Act 1993, Section 3, 255(2)(a)

On 19 March 2021 it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that URBAN TRANSFORMATIONS 2015 LIMITED (in liquidation) be liquidated and that Jonathan Roberts, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.

The liquidation commenced on 19 March 2021 at 9.00am.
