Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of SEAHORSE HOSPITALITY LIMITED (in liquidation) commenced on 31 March 2021 at 12.10pm when the shareholder appointed Murray G. Allott, Licenced Insolvency Practitioner, as liquidator in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 by the passing of a special resolution by entry in the company minute book.

Notice of Meeting of Creditors

Pursuant to section 243(8) of the Companies Act 1993, the liquidator is not required to call a creditors’ meeting.

General Notes

A declaration signed by the director has been lodged with the Registrar of Companies stating that in their opinion the company will be able to pay its debts in full in the 12 months after the appointment of a liquidator.
