Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is hereby given that, subsequent to a declaration as to solvency and in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the above-named company  on 31 March 2021 at 6.00pm appointed Victoria Toon, chartered accountant of Auckland, as liquidator of WINDOWSILL LIMITED (formerly KENDALL ENGRAVING SUPPLIES LIMITED) (in liquidation).

The undersigned does hereby fix 3 May 2021 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved, or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.

Note: This is a solvent liquidation. The business has been sold to a new company with the former name. All creditors have been paid and the shareholders now wish to wind up the company. This liquidation does not in any way relate to Kendall Engraving Supplies Limited (Company No: 2248322).
