Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Greg Sherriff, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, was appointed liquidator of the above-named companies pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”), on the following dates and times:

THE GOOD MUSIC LIMITED on 11 January 2021 at 11.51am.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

I fix 20 February 2021 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.

Further to the advertisement published in the New Zealand Gazette, 14 January 2021, Notice No. 2021-al94, the liquidator would like to note that an error was made. The advertisement was signed off as “Damien Grant” where as it should have been signed off as Greg Sherriff.
