Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and

Iain McLennan and Keaton Alexander Pronk, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of ST HELIERS HEALTH STORE LIMITED by a special resolution of the shareholders of the company on 29 March 2021 at 9.30am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
