Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Elizabeth Helen Keene and Vivian Judith Fatupaito, both of KPMG, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the company by the High Court of New Zealand at Christchurch on 25 March 2021 at 10.38am. The appointment was made on the application of Inland Revenue.

The liquidators fix 25 May 2021 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
