Craig Sanson and Malcolm Hollis, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of AEROPARKS AUCKLAND AIRPORT LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Auckland, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”), on 12 March 2021 at 11.03am on the application of Inland Revenue.

We fix 23 April 2021 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
