Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, Stephen Kim Bennett, chartered accountant of Bennett & Associates, Whangarei, was appointed liquidator of SHEPHERD FARMS LIMITED.

The liquidation commenced on 4 March 2021 at 10.30am.

A solvency certificate has been completed and the shareholders confirm that the company can discharge all its known debts.

Notice to Creditors to Claim

Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes 16 April 2021 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
