Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the companies appointed Malcolm Russell Moore and Stephanie Beth Jeffreys, both of Grant Thornton New Zealand Limited, as joint and several liquidators of the WORLD TV LIMITED, ASIAN COMMUNICATIONS MEDIA HOUSE LIMITED, CHINESE VOICE BROADCASTING LIMITED and FM104.2 LIMITED (all in liquidation). The liquidations commenced on 16 March 2021 at 9.15am, 9.00am, 9.05am and 9.10am respectively.

Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix 19 April 2021 as the date on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
