Notice of Appointment of Administrator and
Notice of the First Meeting of Creditors

Notice is hereby given that Bryan Edward Williams, accredited insolvency practitioner of Auckland, was appointed administrator of ZCAP LIMITED (administrator appointed), pursuant to section 239I of the Companies Act 1993, on 9 March 2021.

The first meeting of creditors will be held at the premises of the company at 42 Lady Ruby Drive, East Tamaki, Auckland on Friday 19 March 2021 commencing at 11.00am.

The purpose of the meeting is to:

1. Decide whether to replace the administrator.
2. Decide whether to appoint a creditors’ committee and if so to appoint its members.
3. Receive and consider the directors’ statement of the company’s position.
4. Submit and consider an overview of the conduct of the administration.
