Notice of Appointment of Administrator and
Notice of the Joint First Meeting of Creditors

Pursuant to Section 239AJ of the Companies Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that Bryan Edward Williams, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, was appointed administrator of PASTA NOSTRA LIMITED (administrator appointed) and PASTA NOSTRA MANAGEMENT LIMITED (administrator appointed) on 1 December 2021.

By this notice, a joint meeting of the above-named companies is convened to be held by audio/visual electronic means on 10 December 2021, commencing at 2.00pm. To obtain a link to access the meeting, please send an email request to gary@bwainsolvency.co.nz. Details will be otherwise forwarded to all known creditors.

The purpose of the meeting, in respect of each company, is to:

  1. decide whether to replace the administrator.
  2. decide whether to appoint a creditors committee and if so to appoint its members.
  3. receive and consider the directors’ statement of the company’s position.
  4. submit and consider an overview of the conduct of the administration.
