We Jeffrey Meltzer and Michael Lamacraft, administrators, both of Meltzer Mason, were appointed joint and several administrators of the above-named company by the board pursuant to section 239I on 9 December 2020. The administration commenced on that date.

Notice to Creditors

All creditors should forward details of any claim they may have against the company, including details of any claims made against the assets of the company pursuant to reservation of title or otherwise, to the administrators at the address denoted below. Details of any claim should be provided by 17 February 2021.

Notice of First Meeting of Creditors

Notice is given that a meeting of the creditors of the company will be held on Wednesday 17 February 2021 at 12.00pm at CA ANZ, Level 1, Carlaw Park Complex, 12 Nicholls Lane, Parnell, Auckland.

The purpose of the meeting is to determine:

1. whether to appoint a committee of creditors; and if so, who are to be the committee’s members; and
2. to decide whether to replace the administrators.
