Damien Grant, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, was appointed administrator of ORMISTON RISE LIMITED on 25 August 2021 at 12.30pm pursuant to section 239I of the Companies Act 1993.
All creditors should forward details of any claim that they may have against the company, including details of any claims made against the assets of the company pursuant to reservation of title or otherwise, to the administrators at the address below. Details of any claim should be provided by 15 September 2021.
The first meeting of creditors of the company will be held by conducting a postal ballot at 2.00pm on 6 September 2021. Voting will take place by postal ballot and creditors’ claims and postal ballots must be sent by email to William Robinson at firstname.lastname@example.org by 2.00pm on 2 September 2021.
The purpose of this meeting is to:
- decide whether to appoint a creditors’ committee and, if so, to appoint its members; and
- decide whether there is any need to replace the administrator.
