Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

All creditors should forward details of any claim that they may have against the limited partnership, including details of any claims made against the assets of the limited partnership pursuant to reservation of title or otherwise, to the administrators at the address denoted below. Details of any claim should be provided by 30 April 2021.

Notice of First Creditors’ Meeting

The first meeting of creditors of the limited partnership will be held at Waterstone Insolvency, 16 Piermark Drive, Auckland on 30 April 2021 at 10.00am.

The purpose of this meeting is to:

1. decide whether to appoint a creditors’ committee and, if so, to appoint its members; and
2. decide whether there is any need to replace the administrator.
