Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice of First Creditors’ Meeting

The first meeting of creditors of the companies will be held at Waterstone Insolvency, 16 Piermark Drive, Auckland on 30 April 2021 at 10.00am.

The purpose of this meeting is to:

1. decide whether to appoint a creditors’ committee and, if so, to appoint its members; and
