Notice of Execution of Deed of Company Arrangement

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 239ADY of the Companies Act 1993, that on 13 April 2021, a deed of company arrangement (DOCA) was executed for the above-named company. Tony Leonard Maginness and Jared Waiata Booth, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed jointly and severally as deed administrators.
