I, The Right Honourable Dame Patsy Reddy, Governor-General of New Zealand, declare that, in accordance with the Electoral Act 1993, I have today signed the Writ authorising and requiring the Electoral Commission to conduct a general election.

Given under the hand of Her Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand on 13 September 2020.
