Her Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand has been pleased to appoint

The Honourable Andrew James Little

to the Office of Acting Attorney-General of New Zealand for the sole purpose of exercising the Attorney-General's functions under section 7, New Zealand Bill of Rights Act 1990, where a Bill relates to the COVID-19 Public Health Response.
