Pursuant to sections 3(1), 3(4), and 5(1) of the Ombudsmen Act 1975, Her Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand has been pleased to reappoint

Peter Francis Boshier

as Ombudsman and as Chief Ombudsman for a term of 5 years, with effect from 10 December 2020.
