I intend to rectify the New Zealand Register of Companies in terms of section 360A(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 in relation to the following company on the application of the following persons, by deleting incorrect documents as noted below and otherwise adjusting the Register.

RUA BIOSCIENCE LIMITED (6484092) – Rectification will comprise the following:

1. To amend the Particulars of Shareholding dated 22 October 2020. The effect being that on 22 October 2020, the number of shares increased by 40000000, bringing the total to 140012225 number of shares; and
2. To amend the Particulars of Shareholding dated 26 November 2020. The effect being that on 26 November 2020, the number of shares increased by 250366, bringing the total to 140262591 number of shares.
