Notice is hereby given that in accordance with the Seventh Schedule of the Companies Act 1993, a first dividend will be paid out to all secured creditors on proved claims at 10.00 cents in the dollar.
This payment is scheduled to be paid out on 7 December 2020.
Full Prefrential claim of Inland Revenue Department (100%) will also be paid out on 7 December 2020.
Employee wages and holiday pay was paid out on 22 May 2020.
