I intend to rectify the New Zealand Register of Companies in terms of section 360A(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 in relation to the following companies on the application of the following persons, by deleting incorrect documents as noted below and otherwise adjusting the Register.

WINDERMERE AVIATION PARK LIMITED (2058200) – to remove the Particulars of Shareholding dated 3 October 2019. The effect being the Shareholdings would show that 995 shares are held jointly by Julie Elizabeth Umbers and TARBERT TRUSTEES (2017) LIMITED and five shares are held by Dorothy Josephine Pittaway.

TE KETE O WAIREWA LIMITED (1123332) – rectification will comprise of the following:

  1. To remove the Particulars of Director dated 8 June 2020 that showed Stephen George Tuuta, Patricia Anne Oberst and Darrell Leslie Patrick Chick ceasing as directors. The effect being they continue as directors of TE KETE O WAIREWA LIMITED.
  2. To remove the Particulars of Director date 8 June 2020 that showed David Anthony Jessep, Christopher John Ford and Robin Mautai Wybrow appointed as directors. The effect being they have not been appointed as directors of TE KETE O WAIREWA LIMITED.
  3. To remove the Revocation and Adoption of Constitution dated 7 June 2020 and the Amendment of Constitution date 8 June 2020. The effect being this company’s constitution remains to be the document registered on 10 May 2011.

SIMPLY ITALIAN LIMITED (1183477) – to amend the Particulars of Shareholding dated 9 July 2019. The effect being the Shareholdings would show that 998 shares are held jointly by James Robert Handley and Juliette Marie Handley, 1 share held by James Robert Handley and 1 share held by Juliette Marie Handley.
