Pursuant to section 383(5) of the Companies Act 1993, I, Peter Barker, Deputy Registrar of Companies, hereby give notice that David Blake, by Order of the High Court at Auckland, must not, without leave of the Court, be a director or promoter of, or in any way, whether directly or indirectly, be concerned or take part in the management of a company for a period of 12 years, pursuant to section 383(1) of the Companies Act 1993. This Order took effect from 3 April 2019.
