I intend to rectify the New Zealand Register of Companies in terms of section 360A(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 in relation to the following companies on the application of the following person by deleting or replacing incorrect documents and otherwise adjusting the Register.

1. Remove the particulars of director dated 3 October 2014 where the legal name of Walter Francis Thompson was changed to Christine Anne McPherson.
2. Record Walter Francis Thompson as having ceased as director on 3 October 2014.
3. Remove the particulars of director dated 16 December 2015 that showed Christine Anne McPherson ceasing as director;

HOTEO FARMS 2001 LIMITED (1176585) – rectification will be by the following:

1. Remove the particulars of director dated 3 October 2014 where the legal name of Walter Francis Thompson was changed to Christine Anne McPherson;
2. Record Walter Francis Thompson as having ceased as director on 3 October 2014; and
3. Record Christine Anne McPherson as having been appointed as director on 3 October 2014.
