VIJAY HOLDINGS LIMITED (in liquidation)
A meeting of creditors of VIJAY HOLDINGS LIMITED (in liquidation) will be held by conducting a postal ballot at 2.00pm on 17 December 2020 at the office of Patel Nand Legal, Level 2, 101 Station Road, Penrose, Auckland 1061.
The purpose of the meeting is to resolve whether to confirm the appointment of the liquidator appointed in terms of section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 or to appoint another liquidator in his place and whether to appoint a liquidation committee.
Voting will take place by postal ballot and creditors’ claims and postal ballots must be lodged with Mr. Hemant Patel at Patel Nand Legal, Level 2, 101 Station Road, Penrose, Auckland 1061 by 2.00pm on 15 December 2020.
