Notice of Meeting of Creditors

Pursuant to Section 243 of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

Brenton Hunt, Licenced Insolvency Practitioner and Chartered Accountant of Insolvency Matters, was appointed liquidator of the TRYPHENA HOLDINGS LIMITED on 24 September 2020 pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Notice is hereby given that a meeting of creditors will be held by way of a postal ballot on 20 November 2020 at 4.00pm. Proofs of debt and voting papers must be received by 3.00pm on 20 November 2020 by email to brenton@insolvencymatters.co.nz.

The purpose of the postal ballot is to confirm the appointment of the liquidator and to agree establishment of a liquidation committee.
