Notice to Creditors to Claim

Pursuant to Section 304 of the Companies Act 1993

The liquidators have fixed 30 June 2020 as the last day for creditors that have not previously made a claim in the liquidation to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.

Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and those creditors may not object to that distribution. Creditors that have already lodged proofs of debt with the liquidators are not required to lodge again.
