BPO LIMITED (in liquidation)
Steven Khov and Kieran Jones, both CA ANZ Accredited Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the above-named company on 31 March 2020 at 3.00pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act.
Notice is hereby given that a meeting of creditors will be held by way of a postal ballot on 13 May 2020 at 3.00pm. Proofs of debt and voting papers must be received by 3.00pm on 13 May 2020 by email to creditors@khovjones.co.nz.
The purpose of the postal ballot is to confirm the appointment of the liquidators or otherwise replacement thereof in accordance with section 243 of the Act, to agree the establishment of a liquidation committee and for creditors to resolve that the liquidators must have regard to their views (as expressed by the relevant resolution text).
