Circumstances: The benefited land no longer adjoins the burdened land as a result of subdivision DP 328137 for Record of Titles 114632, 114633, 114638, 114639, 114640, 114641 and 114656 and subdivision DP 89872 for Record of Title WN57C/240 and as a result, the easement has no practical effect.
