Easement: Right of way over part Lot 5 DP 3890 marked red in Transfer 155118 comprised in Record of Title CB21B/7 and appurtenant to Lot 2 DP 326797 comprised in Record of Title 108751 created by Transfer 155118 registered on 25 October 1925.

Circumstances: The benefited land has been separated from the burdened land by subdivision on DP 6467.
