Notice Pursuant to Section 115 of the Land Transfer Act 2017

An application under section 115 of the Land Transfer Act 2017 has been received for the removal of an easement. The applicant claims the easement is extinguished by reason of the circumstances set out below.

If no objections have been received before 20 April 2020, the register will be updated to record the easement as redundant.

Circumstances: The benefitted land Lots 1 and 3 DP 506611 have become physically separated from the burdened land as a result of the subdivision shown on DP 506611 and the benefitted land Lots 4, 5 and 6 DP 506611 have become physically separated from the burdened land as a result of the subdivision shown on DP 435914.
