Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the First and Second Schedules to this notice to be stopped and pursuant to section 120(3):

1. the area described in the First Schedule amalgamated with the land in Register of Title NA794/141, subject to Mortgage 10558313.1
2. the area described in the Second Schedule amalgamated with the land in Register of Title NA70A/942.
