The notice with the above heading published in the New Zealand Gazette, 25 September 2003, No. 136, page 3691, in respect of that piece of land known as Wharawhara 18, is amended by replacing “section 339(1) of Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993” with “section 338(1) of Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993”.
