Pursuant to section 119(1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Jonathan Wright, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be taken for severance, subject to Consent Notice 5693674.2, subject to the right to convey telecommunications and computer media in gross in Easement Instrument 9559706.2, subject to a right of way, right to convey electricity, telecommunications and computer media in Easement Instrument 9559706.3, subject to the right to convey electricity in gross in Easement Instrument 9559706.4 and together with the right of way and the right to convey water in Easement Certificate A260477.4 and shall vest in the Crown, on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
