Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Jonathan Wright, Land Information New Zealand, declares that:

1. Pursuant to section 20 of the Act, and an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land in the First Schedule is declared road pursuant to section 114 of the Act and shall vest in the Tararua District Council; and
2. Pursuant to section 116 and 117 the portion of road described in the Second Schedule is to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in record of Title HB199/100 subject to Mortgage 1034922.3

on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
