Pursuant to section 561 of the Education and Training Act 2020, and pursuant to an authority delegated to me, I, Brian Mitchell, Group Manager - Infrastructure Advisory Services, Ministry of Education, Wellington, hereby give the following notice.
1. The land described in the Schedule to this notice is No Longer Needed for Education Purposes.
2. This notice shall come into force on 17 December 2020.
