Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Jonathan Wright, Land Information New Zealand, declares that:

1. pursuant to section 20 and 50 of the Act and an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land in the First Schedule is acquired for and declared road pursuant to section 114 of the Act and vested in Wellington City Council,
2. pursuant to sections 20 and 50 of the Act and an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice is acquired for utility purposes and shall vest in the Wellington City Council subject to Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987, section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991 and the easements created by Transfer 5269266.3 and Easement Instrument 8591064.1

on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
