Gazette.govt.nzPursuant to sections 38(4) and 27(1) of the Te Roroa Claims Settlement Act 2008 (“Settlement Act 2008”), the New Zealand Geographic Board Ngā Pou Taunaha o Aotearoa gives notice of two discontinued official Crown Protected Area (CPA) names. The discontinued CPA names took effect on 29 October 2008, being the settlement date specified in the Settlement Act 2008.
