Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Bukky Oyawale, Land Information New Zealand, pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the land described in the First, Second, Third and Fourth Schedules to this notice to be stopped and pursuant to section 120(3):

1. The area described in the First Schedule to be amalgamated with the land in Record of Title TN262/66, subject to mortgage 11124073.2.
2. The areas described in the Second and Third Schedules to be amalgamated with the land in TN134/167 subject to mortgage 11124073.2 and to 11755799.2 Covenant Under section 240 of the Resource Management Act 1991 (Also affects 929075).
3. The area described in the Fourth Schedule to be amalgamated with the land in RT 929074, subject to Mortgage 11124073.2.
